We have exciting news for you - Jimmy Hong from Brisbane, QLD is visiting us 1st April to bring an intensive series of workshop catered for both Zouk lovers, and dancers from other Latin dance background!

7-9pm: Boneca + Tilted Turns

What am I signing up for???
4-6 pm: Conversion/Fundamental
The first workshop is a boot camp style, 2-hr intensive covering a range of Zouk fundamentals. This is great for Zouk dancers who would like to brush up their technique, as well as for dancers from another background to have an in-depth taster of Zouk. The goal is for you to walk away feeling comfortable you are able to lead + follow some of the most common Zouk steps with solid technique.
7-9 pm: Boneca + Tilted Turns
The second workshop is geared towards dancers who have Zouk experience and focuses on the concepts of Boneca head movement, and tilted turns. The goal is to equip you with technique/understanding to lead+follow not only the basic versions, but also the variations of, and with anyone, from anywhere. If you have at least 3 years of dance background in another style, this may also be appropriate for you - message us if unsure!
